Our Product Managers enjoy:

 

  • Ownership of the product roadmap: Product Managers are the resource for assuring that we have the right products with the right features to optimize the potential of the work that we do for our clients.  As new platforms emerge, or new ways to use existing platforms come to exist, Product Managers are tasked with 
  • Autonomy and team-oriented atmosphere: Daily and weekly team meetings, as well as our open office space, contribute to frequent and collaborative discussion of how we can all improve together. Product Managers are allowed autonomy to make decisions for their projects and products.
  • Training & tools: We provide training on both our services and our processes, as well as tools to make your job efficient including custom software and CRMs in which client projects and tasks are tracked and organized.
  • Proven success in several industries and marketing platforms: We have successful clients across a spectrum of industries with a heavy hand in medical, legal, and tourism.

​​​Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to inform each stage of products
  • Analyze research in order to develop product pricing strategies
  • Document and maintain the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a product expansion and scalability plan, which includes strategic objectives and milestones
  • Monitor the competitive landscape of the online marketing industry
  • Work with internal departments to develop new products or new features for existing products
  • Work with Marketing to ensure we have the correct customer message about the product
  • Serve as the primary source of product information on behalf of the company
  • Analyze the performance of products that are in use 

Vendor & Customer Management Responsibilities

  • Responsible for direct management of vendors & liaison with customers around product additions and improvements
  • Identify and cultivate providers for new deliverables and tools
  • Monitor and communicate vendor feature and product improvements
  • Monitor customer use of the product and report findings to stakeholder

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in product or project management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Passion for trends and innovation in the online marketing industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; including phone and email
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong follow-through and organizational skills
  • Excellent research skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Excellent decision-making abilities
