We have been in business for 11 years and are the largest on the Gulf Coast. And we’re hiring a Sales Manager.

Search Influence is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to direct the activities of the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals through a team, analyzing data, and training for sales executives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide support to a team of sales executives as they generate and nurture target prospects and close new deals
  • Monitor the entire sales process from inbound to fulfillment to identify areas of opportunity for individuals, the team, and the process
  • Provide feedback on the development and presentation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Set individual sales and activity targets with sales team, and monitor and coach to goals
  • Develop plans to acquire new clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business in-person, phone, and webinar meetings
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
  • Facilitate new and updated processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to ensure sales team success
  • Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program by providing feedback, support, and coaching
  • Prepare and facilitate sales meetings

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 6+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years in sales leadership position managing and directing a sales team consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to plan and implement a sales strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with a CRM / task management system (Hubspot Sales, SugarCRM, SalesForce, or similar)
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Connected to digital marketing and media industry
