Position Summary

The ideal candidate is deadline-driven, meticulous about details, and will support our Account Managers in client satisfaction by coordinating timely delivery of digital marketing work for our clients. Our Account Coordinators enjoy:

  • Ownership of project coordination & trafficking: Works with Account Managers (client liaisons) to understand client needs and owns the execution of internal projects and timelines to meet those needs.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Communicates with our Production, Content, Development, Online Advertising and Quality Assurance teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Wide range of client projects: Marketing budgets of our clients range from hundreds of dollars per month to thousands of dollars per month. Project scope for account coordinators will vary from large to small depending on the assigned Account Manager(s) they support and may include tasks for SEO, social media, paid digital advertising, and more. 
  • Team-oriented atmosphere: Daily and weekly team meetings, as well as our open office space, contribute to frequent and collaborative discussion of how we can all improve together.
  • Training & tools: We provide training on both our services and our processes, as well as tools to make your job efficient including custom software and CRMs in which client projects and tasks are tracked and organized.
  • Proven success in several industries: We have successful clients across a spectrum of industries with a heavy hand in medical, legal, and tourism.

 

Requirements

  • Experience providing administrative support, project coordination, or similar duties
  • Interest in learning about digital marketing and advertising
  • Obsessive organization and detail orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
  • Independent ability to prioritize and manage time
  • High level of computer proficiency on Mac (including Google Docs & Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work in our Central City office at least 15 hours per week consistently (free, on-street parking available)

 

Desired Skills:

  • Currently enrolled college student OR Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, applied science, computer applications, communication, marketing, business or other related discipline or a commensurate level of experience
  • Experience in successful project management or coordination 
  • Familiarity with a CRM / task management system (SugarCRM, SalesForce, Hubspot CRM)
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Adapt quickly and easily to process changes
  • Comfortable adjusting to new and changing software
  • Client-focused
