What we need now is a Sales Manager!  The next phase of growth for our business will be focused on direct client sales.  We’ve laid the foundation, and now we’re looking for that just-right combination of skills and experience to take us to the next level.  

What you’ll do for us:

  • Manage, coach, and lead a team of Sales Executives as they move opportunities through the sales cycle, with overall responsibility for achieving monthly team revenue targets
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Executives according to company growth initiatives
  • Strategize and provide feedback on the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • Ensure your team can consistently deliver results by
  • identifying skill gaps and providing appropriate training
  • identifying roadblocks to success and finding work-arounds
  • setting an example with your work ethic, motivation, and drive
  • Prepare and facilitate weekly sales meetings
  • Actively participate and provide sales reports in monthly leadership meetings

What we can’t live without:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience in related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to plan and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Strong working knowledge of sales funnel management metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with office technology tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Familiarity with a CRM (Hubspot Sales, SalesForce, SugarCRM, or similar)

What we’d love:

  • Agency marketing experience, especially digital marketing specifically
  • 2+ years experience in a sales leadership role, directing and managing a sales team
  • Working knowledge of multiple sales methodologies, with the ability to pull from those as needed for training and coaching purposes
