Our Digital Marketing Team Leads enjoy:

  • Managing a multifaceted team: The Digital Marketing Team Lead effectively manages a team of technical, creative, and detail-oriented employees to deliver quality work for our clients! Responsible for the research, analysis, creation, and implementation of the elements in our digital marketing strategies, our production team members work to optimize our clients’ potential through on-site and off-site work. These strategies include work on SEO, social media, digital advertising campaigns, and more. As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, you should be quick to learn and manage a variety of skill sets, effective in communication, and driven to deliver timely, quality work for our clients.
  • Growing employees’ skill sets: With a focus on helping our employees grow, the Digital Marketing Team Lead meets with their employees on a bi-weekly basis and works to continuously develop their employees' skill sets.
  • Autonomy and team-oriented atmosphere: Daily and weekly team meetings, as well as our open office space, contribute to frequent and collaborative discussion of how we can all improve together.
  • Training & tools: We provide training on both our services and our processes, as well as tools to make your job efficient, including custom software and CRMs in which client projects and tasks are tracked and organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make recommendations for the hiring of production staff.
  • Assure production team members have internal training manuals and other technologies available and are trained on how to use them.
  • Review work of internal production team and external contractors to assure quality and consistency.
  • Manage the daily workload and productivity of team members, ensuring that deliverable due dates are met.
  • Manage process standardization and improvement projects.
  • Support the career development of production team members.
  • Lead production team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.

 

Requirements:

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Tremendous work ethic
  • Demonstrated history of achievement
  • Strong communication skills

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in a production environment, preferably in Marketing or Advertising Operations
  • Prior personnel management experience: interviewing, hiring and firing, and employee review
  • Knowledge of Web Sites, HTML, and Content Management (e.g. WordPress, Joomla, etc.)
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities
