The ideal candidate learns quickly, takes initiative, and will grow our existing client base utilizing creative sales solutions to prospect for new business. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, talking with people and helping the business grow, this is the job for you.

Our Sales Executives enjoy:

  • Full ownership of sales cycle: Manage the sales from lead inception through the close, including prospecting, presentation & proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
  • Strategic selling: Select and recommend appropriate digital marketing strategies to match client goals based on consultative selling discussions. Strategies include search engine optimization, paid online advertising, content marketing, social media marketing and more.
  • Selling nationwide, from New Orleans: Fish in a large pond by selling via phone from the Search Influence office downtown, including cold calling and emailing.
  • Inbound and outbound leads: We provide leads to our sales team through our marketing efforts and you are expected to create your own opportunities via in person networking and prospecting. 
  • Wide range of budgets: Marketing budgets of our clients range from $1,000 per month to $50,000 per month. You’ll identify custom solutions to make the most of the client’s budget to meet their needs. 
  • Team-oriented atmosphere: Daily and weekly team meetings, as well as our open office space, contribute to frequent and collaborative discussion of how we can all improve together.
  • Training & tools: We provide training on both our services and our sales process, as well as tools to make your job efficient including a user-friendly sales CRM in which all daily, weekly, and monthly activity expectations are tracked. 
  • Proven success in several industries: We have successful clients across a spectrum of industries with a heavy hand in tourism, medical, home services, and legal.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years experience working in a professional sales position
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business or other related discipline or a commensurate level of experience
  • Familiarity with a CRM or task management system (HubSpot, SugarCRM, Basecamp, SalesForce)
  • High level of computer proficiency on Mac and with Google Drive
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
