The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports bringing in new prospects and new revenue to the company.

The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, excels at creating relationships, and thrives by knocking everything off their to-do list. 

 

Our Sales & Marketing Coordinator will enjoy:

Insight into the full sales & marketing cycle: Support the full sales and marketing process from driving new leads through the proposal and presentation process to closing.

Independent decision making: Assess the quality of prospects to determine where you and your team members will spend time

Direct contact with prospects: Serve as the first touchpoint for new prospects via phone and email and stay in touch through the process setting meetings and moving the sale forward.

Contribute to marketing success: Assist and manage segments of our overall marketing strategy to drive leads.

Analytics & reporting exposure: Pull and analyze data to provide insights to the team to improve performance.

Frequent communication to stay in touch and on-task: Fully remote (for now) to keep our team safe, our well-established routine of daily huddles and weekly team meetings via Zoom, and our company-wide chat platform assure we stay frequently in touch and always on-task, all while having fun. 

Mentorship & skill development: Every team member has access to a mentor from another part of the organization and ongoing 1on1s with their direct manager, supporting growth and skill development. Employees are encouraged to complete certifications relevant to their work.

Team-oriented atmosphere: Daily and weekly team meetings contribute to frequent and collaborative discussions of how we can all improve together.

Training & tools: We provide training on both our services and our sales process, as well as tools to make your job efficient including a user-friendly sales CRM in which all daily, weekly, and monthly activity expectations are tracked. 

Proven success in several industries: We have successful clients across a spectrum of industries. Education, medical, and tourism are our specialties. 

 

To Snag This Job You Must Have:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in client-facing or client support role
  • Excited to get on the phone with new prospects and establish a relationship
  • High level of computer proficiency (including Mac, Google Docs, Google Sheets, & Google Slides or equivalent)
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
  • Self-motivated to deliver results
  • Efficient organizational and follow-through skills
  • Independent decision-making ability

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience prospecting or making cold calls
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or other related discipline or a commensurate level of experience
  • Familiarity with a CRM and / or task management system preferred (Hubspot, SalesForce, SugarCRM, Basecamp)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
